Send a video in today for SN#11USH64R710144, P4 Pro V2.0 for a Refresh, and it was Disapproval, the link may have been bad, IMG_6844.MOV, so I tryed again using the YouTube link, but DJI would not let me, there is no problem with this AC, I think the first link was bad, could someone tell me if I mess up or if there was a problem with the 1st video link.

I do not think there was a ticket#, I was trying to get refresh by using the video process to get refresh for my P4 Pro V2.0 before the warranty runs out.

this is the reason DJI disapproved the process, I finely got my video to load to youtube and tried to reapply the video and it said SYSTEM ERROR
