High frame rate in low light is not a good idea - this is in a way a worst possible case video.  I would have been interested to see 2.7K 25fps with horizon lock on.  That would give it more of a chance to lower the shutter speed and to avoid the seasick lurching of the camera.

120 fps and artificial light don't work well.
DJI can't help that.

I think 24fps be better not 120fps 24fps with the   48ps shutter speed

Well, it is not better or worse, just more suitable for certain situations.

you are right but what I did not see was NO HDR mode
