I got Mimo to work on my Pixel 6 Pro. I cleared out the app memory (cache and storage), then uninstalled it and side loaded the most recent Mimo apk from the DJI website. It's working flawlessly now.
I tried the same process with the DJI Fly app, but still not getting the live feed or recording videos. Although I have no live feed, I found that it does actually take pictures even though I can't see anything on the screen...the images show up in my album.

I cleared the cache and storage, uninstalled Mimo version 1.7 and installed the version from the site , that version is now 1.7.4 , it was 1.7.0 2 days ago.
Still no luck.

So I clear the cache & storage again, uninstalled and installed the 1.7.0 APK ... just to see ... without any success either ...

What version of Mimo are you running ?

Same issue on Pixel 6 Pro. This is what happens when DJI doesn't use the proper android framework and instead opts to sideload their apps. Everything seems to be hard coded to specific phones and os versions, which is a super amateur move. New phone, app doesn't work. New OS version, app doesn't work. Be better DJI.

What in the world is Mimo? This is the first time I've heard of it. Where is the link to try that?
update: so I downloaded the mimo app but it doesn't find nearby devices. It can't find my mini 2 that's for sure.

Upon checking the said mobile device ( Google Pixel 6 Pro ) that your are using on the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said DJI application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Google Pixel 6 Pro will be able to work on the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it. For reference I will post a link where in you can check the recommended mobile devices for the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly ). Thank you.

You guys are kidding right?  Don't tell people to use a different phone. You update your app to support what is one of the most popular and innovative phones on the market.  At least give a damn good reason it doesn't work.  

I put the phone in debug mode and dumped/viewed the logs.  It appears to be an issue with the Exynos chip being used in the pixel 6.

That's because Mimo is the app for some DJI gimbals...not drones.

It's not an Exynos (Samsung) chip...it's a proprietary Tensor chip.

Same Problem here. Works "OK" with my PIxel 3 and Pixel 4 but no video using Pixel 6.  Very disappointing.

Is this likely to get fixed?  I have issues with my P 3XL and really need to upgrade.

I use OSMO pocket.That would be the difference.
Everything appears to work, but no video - like with the MINI2

Also GO4 shows very laggy video with the Mavic 2 Pro

Same issue here, no video transmission. This is the only phone/device I have. Please fix ASAP.

DJI support keeps saying use a supported device for now. Yes, like we have spare devices to use... lol

I bought a Pixel6 specifically for my drones since my previous phone was getting too week for the fly app, it started to crash quite a lot. Needless to say that I too am very disappointed and I just can't understand why this problem is still here.

Both my enterprise dual and air 2S also don't have a c-rating. I will be selling both drones since they are of absolutely no use to me now. Anyone intereted?

The log shows Exynos directly in the log, call it what you will.

I have installed DJI Fly app on the Pixel 6 and it did work initially testing the drone at home a few days ago..

Though this weekend I brought the drone to shooting location and it's black screen instead of the video.. downgrading the app does not help. I think, it's the updated drone/controller FW.

Very disappointed, DJI shut sort that in first days when Pixel 6 and 6 Pro released, now month how so popular new Pixel 6 phones released but nothing done from DJI side

I'm sure it will eventually. it took months for a working version on Android 12 when it was in beta but hopefully this won't be as long.

My hopes that 1.5.1 would fix it have been dashed:-( must have been something for Mavic 3 ... Never mind the existing DJI owners not being able to fly anything on their pixel 6

it's a shame my pixel 6 is still not supported! every year the same .. android 10 support took forever for dji to support

Updated to DJI Fly v1.5.1(1980-official) but the issue still persists, unfortunately.

New install on a Pixel 6 Pro, same issue. No live feed while operating the Mavic Air 2 at all.
Notably, the exposure on the collected video and photos are extremely dark even after adjusting the settings. So neither live feed nor useable media (video or photo).
