So if the chip is the problem how is it working on the same samsung phone with android 11?

It's a combination between chip and Android 12 I guess

Works fine on my pixel 5, no joy on my pixel 6 pro, not happy

The thing that annoys me the most is there's zero response by DJI on here. They wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. What a tin pot company.

Same here, Pixel 6 Pro with Adroid 12. In addition, the DJI FlyApp for my Mavic Air 2 is still not available in the Google PlayStore. In addition, on my last flights the drone loses altitude very badly above 120m, max.0.4m / sec, below 120m the drone seems to sink normally at 3m / sec. I don't know if it has to do with the current altitude or if some other circumstance is causing this problem, in any case it is very dangerous.

... and DJI has known that there is a problem here for about a month. Another problem I see here at DJI is that they offer tons of different APPs for drones, why? They all do the same thing, fly, transmit and record video ...

please answer our questions and give us a time at which this error will be eliminated.

Sad to report the issue remains even with the newest Build 2005 DJI Fly App I just installed....

I can confirm that there still is no live view on Pixel 6 Pro with a fresh installation of DJI Fly Build 2005.

Updated to 1.5.1 Build 2005.
There is no in app update, I had to download from website.
S21 Ultra Exynos, still no video feed on this version.
When is the next build gonna drop now ? Like in a month and whats the guarantee it will fix this issue.

After updating the Galaxy S21 Ultra 512 GB to Android 12 few days ago, the live video stopped working, just blackscreen even after manually downloading the latest release 1.5.1 2005 today.

Had the brandnew 2.799,- Euros Mavic 3 in the air for abt 3 minutes until now, before this massive problem occured...

No problem with my sons older Galaxy S9 'playphone'...

Fully inacceptable, DJI!

There must come an update of the Fly App ASAP, fully supporting the most flagship phones as the S21 Ultra and for example Google Pixel 6 etc.
Otherwise many others and even I will return this little masterpiece M3 that otherwise seems to have a great hardware and the January firmware update should be a huge improvement in functionality, hopefully...

Same boat. Can't use my drone because your company didn't bother to update the app. Waiting on the update. This is stupid.

Same issue here, very frustrating since every other app works. I'd much rather buy a different drone than switch phones.

i mean you will think that but other companies don't have this issue. For example my Insta 360 One X2 worked flawlessly when i paired my Pixel 6 to it. I just think DJI is one of those companies that put iOS development first over anything else. Also the Pixel was announced MONTHS ahead of the release and they had more than enough time with the R&D budget to have the app ready for the release.

Working great on iPhone 13 pro max.

Another pixel 6 pro with the same issue to add to the list. Really frustrating that I cannot use the drone and have no estimated time line yet for a fix.

Apple phones install from the store. Android is side loaded only, not secure. So not only can I not trust the software because it is not monitored by Google. It also won't work on the Pixel 6 Pro. Worked on my Pixel 4 XL, both running Android 12, better security on my new phone? My first DJI product likely it will be my last too. Junk software for Android.

I just ordered an OM4 specifically for this phone and its advanced cameras. So using another phone is pointless. And most of us, at least in the US likely don't have any of your supported phones.   Obviously the apps are otherwise working, so it's hopefully just a factor if you getting the video resolved.  I also have a Mavic Air 2,  so my investment into DJI products has now become useless and therefore more expensive.

I did not expect this from DJI.  How disappointing.

Upon checking the said mobile device ( Google Pixel 6 Pro ) that your are using on the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said DJI application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Google Pixel 6 Pro will be able to work on the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it. Probably safe to say from the zero contact over the last month that it can only be bad news, I guess our drones will never be compatible with Pixel 6

DJI is going to have a bad holiday season, with all the returns.  Can't believe they'd go into Christmas with drones that don't connect to modern Android phones.    Definitely not buying DJI accessories this year.  No idea if my drone will ever fly again.
