I have the same problem, I don't have a Pixel Pro 6, but
I have the Samsung S21 Ultra. Since the update to Android 12, I no longer have a live picture (no live video) black screen.
I also installed the current version of the Fly app. Under Android 11 everything was still OK. Please fix that as soon as possible.

Upon checking the said mobile device ( Google Pixel 6 Pro ) that your are using on the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said DJI application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Google Pixel 6 Pro will be able to work on the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it. Defo a pixel 6 issue. Pro in my case. Black screen with Pocket 2 and DJI Mimo.  Tested with older Pixel 4XL running Android 12 and I can get a picture although the camera movement is jerky. I'm really surprised DJI have not heard of Google. Bizarre!

The log shows Exynos directly in the log, call it what you will.

In that case, Exynos is Samsung, and Samsung phones work. So, wouldn't this phone work, too? Makes no sense.

I'm still only seeing 1.5.0 on the website.

Still no comment? Ridiculous. I need my drone for work and will have to borrow a friend's phone.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I just upgraded to Pixel 6 and thought something happened to my camera. As you can see, they told me to switch devices and check for updates. Guess I'll see if my wife has her old s7 for now. Thanks alot DJI

I have to download that one and once you install it, it will ask you to update it. That update is the 1.5.1 which I'm not sure what the update is, certainly not to help us!

DJI Fly app does not work after Android 12 update on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Exynos (SM-G988B). Tried updating and reinstalling app but there still is no video feed - its black.

1250 euro phone, 600 euro drone (Mini 2) and its suddenly not compatible due to software update. That is ridiculous, dont even recommend using another phone and fix your damn app. This surprise ruined my holidays as I had to fly and capture some stuff I promised I will.  

Using DJI Fly v1.5.1(1980-official). Just got the Air2s 3 days ago, everything was working great. I was ready to take an actual flight today to capture my trip. As I updated my S21 Ultra with Stable android 12 update today itself and the feed is black now. I thought maybe DJI would definitely fix this soon in like a week.
This thread makes me disappointed as people (Pixel 6 i.e Android 12 users) are having the issue for more than a month and still no official word from DJI.

This is ridiculous. First on Android you have to sideload your app and now it won't work on my Pixel 6 pro.  Just verified that it works on my other devices but not this device.  My Pixel 4 XL was also running Android 12 and it worked fine. Please come up with a solution quickly.

Just updated to the latest app version 1.5.1 and Air 2S firmware, still no image on Pixel 6 Pro. This is getting pretty ridiculous.

Just got by brand new flagship pixel 6 pro and it gets black screen also. Confirmed it works on Android 12 on other phone. Is it the updated wifi 6 capability on the pro causing the issue?   Please fix ASAP. Its not a good look when flagship phones dont work.

I am also facing the same issue with my Pixel 6 pro. I have mavic air 2.
This is absolutely disappointing. The apps should be compatible with any android phones.
Is anyone even looking into this issue from DJI side. We can't carry another phone just to have it working with DJI Fly app.
Please someone kindly look at this issue on priority.
Suggesting to use another phone is not the right solution/advice.

Is there any other software application that can be used until DJI Fly is fixed. I just bought my Air 2S today. Updated firmware and version to 1.5.1 running Android 12 on a Pixel 6. I surely don't want to have to steal my wife's iPhone. It may not end well for me.

Whine much? I also have the Pixel 6 Pro, but it didn't stop me from flying. Use another phone or device in the mean time. I'm using my Pixel XL 3 until the Pixel 6 issue is patched up. Workaround the issue. Don't let the issue stop you.

What DJI Fly version? Some have reported that 1.5.1 works on Android 12 on non-exynos based phones.

DJI, I can't believe I am reading this - again, after the debacle with the Galaxy tab 2 8" tablets that was never resolved. I am looking for a new phone and as far as I can read the S21 and Pixel 6 Pro won't work with Fly or Go 4. Did Apple purchase DJI and I missed it?? Seriously DJI, you're a big rich company now, buy some quality app developers so this never happens again. I am sure maunfacturers will give you preview software to develop to prior to release, like everyone else gets..

By the way if teh Fly app gets an up date and Go 4 doesn't, I will be VERY DISAPPOINTED. Just so you know.

Please just get it resolved and take a long view so it doesn't happen again, it cheapens the whole experience.

My Pixel 6 won't work with my Mavic Air 2. My old euro-version (Exynos-based) Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus still works though. I just hope that the issue is related to Android 12 and not the Tensor chip of the Pixel as this would probably be more difficult for fixing.

Completely mind-blown.  S21 and Pixel users "go buy a new phone".  I have been waiting patiently for almost a month now and that patience is coming to an end.  Going to become a very expensive clay pigeon soon

Ok, bored of hearing DJI's automated response of 'using an alternative phone other than my Pixle 6 pro' or 'the Pixle 6 Pro ain't one of our recommendation devices' Who wants or needs the use of 2 different phones today ?! I have a question that I can't seem to find as of yet ?! Will the Pixle 6 Pro work on the new Mavic 3 ?!

Facing the same problem (Pixel 6). Support recommended to use a different phone :-D I'm considering sending the drone back to get a refund. But at least the service-desk guy knew about the issue and told me that there will be a fix soon (whatever soon means.... maybe as soon as the drone has all the basic features that my Air2s had when I bought it)...

Pixel 5 is using Snapdragon CPU. 6 and 6 pro are using kind of Samsung Exynos CPU. As you can see above all Samsung S21 Ultra with Android 12 suffering from the same symptoms !

So if the chip is the problem how is it working on the same samsung phone with android 11?

I am having the same issue.  My wife's phone is an older Galaxy S9 and the training pop-up is stuck on the screen, so can't use that one either.  I guess we have to wait for a fix.  Is this happening with the new mini as well?  The app isn't even in the app store, and installing an apk is beyond most casual users know how.
