I have had my Dji Spark for 3 years now. I have may flown it 6 times and have under a hour total of flying time. I have been afraid of crashing it so I put it away. I just moved to a nice size land so now I’m ready to fly. I can’t get it to turn on now. I put it on the charger and I get 2 blinking lights running like it’s charging. I press the power button twice and all four lights come on but it doesn’t turn on. I need help and the customer service is horrible….

Hello there Karl Davenport. I am sorry to know that you are having this issue with your DJI Spark and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to do the proper way on how to power on the said DJI Drone by pressing the power button once , then press again, and hold for two seconds to turn the DJI Spark on or off. In addition kindly please post a short sample video showing the said issue for us to be able to see and assist you further? Thank you.

hey guys my spark is doing the same thing! Was given to me after someone had not used it in about 2 years. The charger dock flashed green twice then solid red. The spark + a battery plugged in (usb) to charge only flashes the left two lights over and over.  I have three batteries and none will work/charge and none will turn on the drone. I know how these batteries work I am a previous DJI owner of multiple drones. Never seen this problem… don’t really want to buy 3 more batteries. Any one else? Any solution?

Oh wow…. The batteries are $55 a piece and if that doesn’t fix the problem who knows what it is. They want me to send it in but I don’t know about that because they said the turnaround time is 2 months

the batteries can do that, they have to have some charge left to run the "smart" circuitry to start charging. Try leaving the battery charging all day or over night, there are ways to get a charge in the battery on youtube but you will need a power supply specialised in charging multiple RC batteries.
