Hi all. When I took a picture by Mavic2pro, the picture is surely stored in the SD card put in my Mavic. I could see by DJI go 4 when Mavic is on power.
However, when I load the SD card on my PC, some of the photos I should have taken are gone.
This happens when I flight for a few hours with changing the battery.

I think the data in the SD card will be overwritten and saved, if battery was changed.
Is there anyone experienced similar situation?
And what could I do for preventing such inconvenience?

That shouldn't be able to happen.
Check the filenames and the order you shot the images.
If any overwriting has happened, you would find some later images with earlier file numbers.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Can you please confirm what specific SD card are you using? Also, kindly please try to backup all the files on your SD card, and kindly please try to reformat it then have a test flight to see if the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your valued support.

Dear all.
Thanks for your replies. I have checked the settings on my Mavic.
In the camera's settings menu, there is a button for file naming that allows me to choose between "Reset" and "Continuous".
Reset may mean that when the Mavic is rebooted, the file name will start with the youngest number and files with the same name will be overwritten.
Ma Mavic has been set to Reset, but when I change it to Continuous, the problem symptom no longer occurs.

I think I probably touched this setting somehow during operation.
I don't understand why this inconvenient feature is included, but if it is, I would like to be alerted when the setting is changed.

Thanks.

Probably not.
Did the issue show up after an update?
Updates revert some settings to the default values (like Reset for the File Index Mode).
You should check the settings after an update.

Really?

That's very troublesome.
I would check the settings periodically.
Thank you for your advice!
