I need to recalibrate the vision system on a p4 advanced. I've downloaded dji Assistant 2 a couple of times. When I open it I get a circular graphic in the middle of the page showing connecting usb to my laptop. I then connect the other end to the drone but absolutely nothing happens and there are no drop down menus except the settings and it really doesn't offer any options.
I've restarted my computer after download but the drone is never recognized.

Any thoughts?
