Can i know why the apps sometime screen freezing and need restart the apps back to normal. The apps freezing but the drone still can control.

The issue happen like after 10 minutes and sometimes happen after recording 1 or 2 minutes video.
Aircraft model DJI MINI 2
Phone model Samsung C9 Pro and Android 8.0.0
App Version 1.4.12(1430)

Thanks for your reply. App freezing is caused by many factors. Please check whether the memory of your phone is full or overloaded caused by overheating, and out-of-memory state or other factors.
