The freewill filters are good value for money and a reasonable quality.   Or Polarpro.

There are many filters available for the editing of photos and videos. Filters make the photos and videos attractive, increase the brightness and contrast as well as add a wide variety of textures, tones, and special effects to a picture. Nowadays social media platforms are also providing filters option to easily edit photos.
Here are some filters which I recommend you use in your photography are:-
1. Graduated color filter
2. Infrared filter
3. Neutral density filter
4. Circular polarizing filter
5. VSCO

If you want to do long exposure then I recommend getting a set of ND1000, ND2000 filters.
