Hi, I have a Ronin S and I have a problem with the battery grip, which has been stuck and I can not separate it from the rest of the gimbal, even though the locking leaver is in the unlock position.

If it still can not resolve your problem, please shoot a video for us. We want to further verify the issue.

Hi, there. We have checked your video. Please be noticed that the battery grip has a bar, which can not be pulled out. It has to be detached backward. Would you please refer to the picture above and try again? Please tell me your feedback after trying.

Hello, I know how it works. I I have been working with the Ronin S for two years. I have disassembled it countless times without troubles. The problem is that it has remained locked and I can't get the parts apart.
