It is a setting for some drivers, but not the one I'm using right now.

Especially since the problem only occurs every now and then.
Clearly they failed to fix it last time.
Confidence is not really boosted by that.

Those intermittent faults can be the hardest to find.

CPU temp was 'ok' I think.

Depends on the model but anything under a 7th gen intel doing 70c is really good if at full load.

70c is a good temperature.  Temp core does tell you which cou you have so google will know the answer as you’ve done.

I’ve used that too.  I prefer core temp personally. But they gets the job done.
