My mavic pro turns on with a new charged battery, The camera tests itself but the motors will not start/rotate like they are suposed to.
Everything worked and flew two days prior. What can I do to fix this?? I have tried all batterys so I know its not a battery problem.

May we please know before this issue happened was there a hard landing or a crash that happened to your DJI Mavic Pro and can you please post a short sample video showing the said issue for us to see and can give out the best solution for this issue?
