I need help. My Air 2S always download photos and videos automatically to my iPhone. I didn't have to do anything. I loved this feature. A couple days ago I got a message my card was full. In an attempt to utilize the internal storage I must have hit a setting and now this automatic download is no longer working. I tried resetting the settings and no luck. What do I need to do to turn this feature back on?

Under settings (three dots top right) -> Camera - > Sync Downloaded files to phone album

Did you allow permission when prompted for the app to have access to photos?  If not Under iPhone settings -> dji fly - > Photos.

Yes full photo access is checked.

May be delete and re-install then,  then check the setting and do a new test.   as only new photos are synced.   Not panos/movies etc are saved just normal photos.
