Hello, I have a problem connecting a new Ipad mini 2021 that has a USB-C connector. Unable to pair with radio and drone (Phantom 4). When we open the DJI Ground station application, the connected drone with the radio shows "not charching" and no device can be paired. The app display only the tablet position on the map. The iPad has the latest software , we have tried a few cables - none of them work.

Does anyone has similar experience? Is it the problem that new iPad has usb-c connector.

I would try another application, Dji Go 4 ..... to see if problem persists, Good Luck

if you try Dji go 4 .... Make sure the is not apps running below  like DJI Ground station ... or another

The new iPad Mini is not working with DJI GO 4 either. Waiting for DJI to update the firmware so it's compatible...

iPad Mini6 will not work with GO4 Mavic 2.  Trouble connecting, then when connected (usb c via RC bottom port, side port doesn't work), joysticks are unreliable...no chance to test further because it is unsafe.
