Pardon me for asking. But as I understand this, this drone is currently missing a lot of advertised features. So why is everyone so upset that it is late to arrive. Can you do much with it as it now exists?

Well I have a medium format camera with none of these features and I have plenty of use for it.

DJI Support confirmed I get me DJI Pro RC replaced and they have spares in the Netherland...

We're getting close to second promised date, the 18th. Today's 16th. I guess, at this point one day here and there does not matter already.
They screwed up delivery big time, it's pretty obvious.
My main concern now is the quality of the drone itself.
All those reviews of wobbling arms, inability to hover or flight straight, ...ty software, drones running into poles despite all the declared sensors do not inspire confidence.
I'm beginning to seriously consider returning it without even bothering to unpack it, and wait for next, improved production wave with all the bugs fixed.

Ordered mine on the 5th.  Requested it to be delivered where I was located last week.  I left that area Sunday, the drone arrived yesterday.  Cannot believe how bad they lied about the shipping...

Not bad for sure! Thanks for the feedback. I have gone from an old P3 to a Mini then an A2s, all used. Now I am pondering a new M3. I am crazy right?

Mine is in Oakland as well.  Doing nothing since Saturday.  I could have drove down, picked it up and started test flights on Sunday.

Longest 3-5 business days EVER.  

My Cine is still showing "To Be Shipped"

Got it this morning, No dead pixels No shaking rear arms. So far it looks fine, weather here bad until Saturday so may not fly until then.

My Pro remote came with only one set of sticks “is that correct”

yes one set of sticks is fine had the same.... UPS collected my pro now and I get i replaced soon

the replacement sticks are in the cardboard box, with the replacement propellers ...

You really want the new toy very quickly, and after you have put it into operation you realize:

In a certain sense you have less than e.g. with the Mavic Air 2 ...
Now you have to wait 2 - 3 months and you will be very angry about it ...

Excuse me,
I received the cine version and couldn't find the replacement sticks at first. I then found them (later) between the replacement propellers ...
Therefore - and because you wrote about the RC Pro - I suspected the same for you ...
However, I saw an unboxing of the RC Pro on YouTube (from separate packaging), and while looking at it I noticed that it actually did not contain any replacement sticks. It is sad...

Yeah I understand now.when I purchased first SC it had extra sticks, but now  I spend €450 get no charger and no extra sticks. Very mean by DJI because in the field if you drop one of these they are not easy to find and your days flying is ruined. But I can buy a set €20 plus €23 shipping ….

My story is even better. DJI shipped my fly more and RC pro on Nov 06 2021 at which point I have followed its travel. Currently DHL states it is in my home country Canada waiting on clearance. Today I engage DJI chat and they tell me this story now.
Keep in mind I have watched the tracking and it has sat for 8 days in Ontario Canada waiting for clearance. Today DJI Dempsey states my order is leaving tomorrow?
Who to believe DJI or DHL. Just a travesty.

Still no movement, been in Oakland, CA since the 13th ("shipped" the 5th); I will be shocked if they put it on a plane to get it the 600 miles to get it here tomorrow "before 1pm" as scheduled.

Well strange things happening with this drone Fingers Crossed you get it tomorrow.

Has anyone actually contacted FedEx International?  I did, they took ownership of the transit issues between HNK and Anchorage. Oakland to release tonight to West Coast delivery points they said. I changed my delivery to a FedEx ship center so no porch pirates and I can sign when I pick it up. If there is damage to the box, they take the report. No he said she said....

DJI certainly does have issues but FedEX is a guilty party here. Can't really refund $$ as our ship cost is $0.00.

Update as of 1 PM PST today.  

I called FedEx and a nice woman said she's going to check in on the status of my package with another department.  I immediately thought, "oh crap this means something bad is going down."  She says she's going to put me on a brief hold and then hangs up on me.  FedEx sucks.

I call back, because now I want an answer and I'm a little bothered.  This time, I get a guy that tells me he can track my package for me and lets me know it's in Oakland.  I remind him it's been there since Saturday and I could have driven the 3 hours and picked it up myself and it's still sitting there doing nothing.  He promises me that it will be on a plane this evening coming to my city for delivery tomorrow, 11/18/21 before 1 pm.  I ask him if he's sure and it's 100%.  He says yes.

Now, at 6:44 pm PST the drone is STILL in Oakland.

Yes, DJI was at fault for lying about a ship date but FedEx ... we'll see tomorrow.  Really disappointed in the entire process from purchase to delivery.  Great job DJI in sucking all the fun out of a new purchase and honorable mention to FedEx for letting a package sit for 5 days with no delivery.  I rate the experience 0/10 will never do again.

Yay! Mine just arrived! It's probably not very popular here in Australia. From ordered to delivered in under one week. But honestly not sure if I would even try to use it with the standard controller. And I haven't received any shipping information for the RC Pro yet.
