Yup, same. FedEx is, and always has been, a joke of a company. How they stay in business is beyond me

I shipped mine to my parents address as we have tons of issues with FedEx at our home address. Regardless, I ordered on announcement night, and it arrived Monday, November 15th. Seemed to hang out in China for the first 5 or 6 days as well. Contacted support and received a "sorry" credit which was a nice gesture.

Same here arrived on 16th, also got the credit.

Finally..

Congrats! Enjoy the drone. I came from the standard controller on the Air 2, and the RC Pro feels like night and day compared to it.

I didnt realize that confirming reception on DJI site gives you 1% credit. However, it takes 15 days, so can't apply it for something related to after sales, like DJI Care. And by the time I would need to buy anything else the credit will be long expired

Honestly I was looking at the wide angle adapter after waiting for some reviews of it to come about.

And here mine arrived in Memphis the exact same time, is going to almost the same part of the country, and yet is *still* sitting in Memphis. This is incredibly annoying.

Today was a good day.  Package received 14 days (10 business days) after ordering.  My box looked beat up.  Almost like it traveled around the world the long way.  Probably because it did.  

Firmware updated, batteries charged, spun the props to check balance and hovering.  Everything looked good.  Test flight is probably tomorrow.  Thanks to everyone posting updates here.  

Well After 3 weeks in shipping. Finally I can say it has arrived today.

Got it this morning, No dead pixels No shaking rear arms. So far it looks fine, weather here bad until Saturday so may not fly until then.

Yes one set of sticks. Thats just ridiculas for the cost of this Pro controller. Non available thru DJI. Did you find any aftermarket ones by chance.

3 days since ordered from DJI.com directly on 11/4. Still not really shipped, only HK Fedex shipping label created. The sales rep I chatted with said it will be picked up by 11/6, yet it's 11/7 already and the order is at the same status as it has been for the last 3 days.
Did anyone who ordered from DJI directly got theirs, or at least actually can see some movement?

I ordered a P4P last year and had it within a week.  I ordered a Mavic 3 a week ago, and still stuck on Label created.  No movement.  I reached out and they "forwarded my concern on to the proper department"  I will hear in 24-48 hours after the "logistics department" finds out what it "going on".  Oh and they offered me $10 in DJI Credit was said to show up in my account immediately... it did not.  But that's OK.  $10 in DJI Credit was kind of insulting considering I own a P2S, 2x P4P, an Air 2 a Mini SE (Don't judge, lol) and now a Mavic 3 (Hopefully someday...)

you'd think they would have figured the logistics by now, but I guess it's not the case here...

My Avata came in a reasonable amount of time, but it has been 3 months now without including the DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 for the Avata. And there doesn't seem to be any indication as to when they will make it available.  (Same goes for the Avata ND filters)

You can get filters from freewell.
