It's about the brightness on one side of the buildings in contrast to the other. for me - when I can keep up with all the twists and turns

Sometimes we call Chicago the whole state but it's not. A lot of people know Chicago more than Illinois. Illinois is the state.  Maybe I should have written Chicagoland.
