I just buy the OM5, and I have not been able to make the zoom cameras work in the application, do you know if I need to do something else?

Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the application on your mobile device to see if the issue persists? Please note, to push the zoom slider on the left side of the handle up and down to control the camera zoom. The image quality after zooming depends on the phone lens performance. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

I did what you ask, but the application still can access the other cameras, so far what the zoom does is a digital zoom and not the change between the different cameras this phone has (3x and 10x cameras)

Do you have any recommendations or updates?
