I have a smart controller..its screen is broken..I want a new screen, how can I get it

May I double confirm where are you located? You can try to contact the local retailer for help to send the product.

I am from Africa and unfortunately there is no local seller in my country.  Can I buy the product and I will service it myself

For further confirmation, could you please tell us where you purchased the Smart Controller from and where you are located now?

I bought it from Libya and I am currently in Libya... but if the product is available in China or Europe, we can buy through Aramex or any other shipping company

Oh my god, Libya... DJI’s official website sells it. If you have a friend in Europe, you can buy a new one and send it to him, and then ask your friend to send it to you. I think this method is feasible hhh
