Hi, i have a smart controller i have not used for a long time (around 1 year), now it doesn't charge at all remaining at 1% battery level.
Is the battery dead or it is in some hibernation mode? Any help will be appreciated.

Hello there dtrimarchi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try using a different USB cable and a USB power adapters rated 12 V/2 A and let it charge for at least 2 hours to see if the said remote controller will be able to take in charge. In addition, are you also able to post a sample video footage of the said issue for us to be able to see and assist you further. Thank you.

Hi,
After using different usb cable and attaching to an external battery with supercharge feature it started charging and reached 100%.
Strange thing was that its own original cable and charger were not able to work, but hopefully now seems solved.
