I can not connect my Mavic 3 under Android.

Do you have the same problem ?

A try with Samsung S7 (android 8)
Samsung A20e
Galaxy tab

each time, I instal Fly 1.5,
I connect my acount, the device can cannect with the RC;
I click on Camera view blue square

and 9 times / 10, I can not go to the control screen
When I can, there is a black screen.


Do you have the same probleme ?

I try also with Galaxy Tab S5e (android 10)

the result is the same, always black screen

Kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to see if the issue will persist. After checking the mobile devices that you have used on the DJI Mavic 3 recommended mobile device list. I am sorry to say that these mobile devices are not recommended for the DJI Mavic 3 and for the DJI Fly application. DJI would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes.  For reference I will post a link where in you can check the recommended mobile devices for the new DJI Mavic 3 ( https://www.dji.com/mavic-3/downloads ). Thank you.

For your information, I can connect Mavic Air 2 with this Dji Fly version and with this device.

So there is a probleme this aircraft.

No there is not. Updates to the products are always in flux and we have to live with that. These devices (phones or tablets) were never designed to be controllers and we need to realize that. If that is not possible for you, then you probably need a DJI smart controller. This is bleeding edge technology, get used to it. My olde Samsung S8 is not officially compliant for the M3 but I use it anyway. I am hanging in there with it ;-) ....For now.

No Android tablets have ever been approved for use with the Fly app. Sometimes we get lucky and it works, but it is not a guarantee.

So,
this aircraft will come back to China because it's not possible to buy RC pro for my budget.

PS : I have already Crystalsky for my Mavic Pro,
I have already Smartcontroller for my Mavic 2 pro and my Air 2

with all of these UAV I use DJI controller but also my smartphone  and my phone works very well with M2P, Air2...

if it necessary to change this or buy 990 E controller, I say stop...

Hi, there. If it is convenient, could you provide us with a video of this issue to do a confirmation? Besides, try using another cable and a recommended mobile device listed to check whether the issue is fixed.
