I've got a problem to unlock an area with my new Mavic 3... I put the serial number of the drone and... got an warning with impossible to validate.

where are you getting SN, you must use only SN on the box not the RC.

Yes I use the serial of the drone, who are present on the box and on the drone...

They are not always the same, your serial number changes on the RC when you activate drone.

Yep, I use the serial number of the drone whor write on the box, no doubt on that the bug is on the website

You go to a client with a new drone with unknown bugs?
You are very brave...or very beginner...I would not risk such approach toward my clients...

I want to test the M3 on real production day. If it's working with A Cam ok, if not, it's will became the BCam
