Hi there - I was assisting with a search and rescue. When the search was completed, I started a firmware update. However I got another call needing my help, so I cancelled the download at 60% and powered off the controller. However, when I try to power off the drone, it beeps an error and won't shutdown. The battery lights are circling as though it's already updating the firmware (even though I cancelled it in the app). It's been like this for 20 minutes. When I power up the controller, it can't connect to the drone. Any suggestions on what to do before the battery dies?

Resolved - I powered down the drone and restarted, and the controller was able to reconnect and install the firmware update.
