Controller is fully charged but will not turn on

If you push the on/off button,does the controler shows the percetnage of the battery? If yes then do the same as you power on the AC battery on mavic.

Is Mavic pro your first DJI drone? Look at Youtube videos.  Type in  "mavic pro tutorial" and start from there. Good luck!

Hello there wrileyf3. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to  power on the said DJI remote controller by pressing the power button once , then press again, and hold for two seconds to turn the said DJI remote controller on or off. Thank you.
