My DJI FLY doesn't show the templates in edit mode, what should I do?

Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly https://www.dji.com/mini-2/downloads application from this DJI link on your mobile device for us to be able to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, kindly please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Fly application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. Thank you.

I did it as a recommendation, removed the app and reinstalled it again, the sync function was active.  but the problem remains, I have an iPad mini, I plugged into it and everything is fine.  I see the templates.  but on my IPhone 13 pro max with 1 Tb with IOS 15.1, the templates don't appear

Strange as your phone is on the list of recommended devices. Could you try older version of the app. Then if that works upgrade the app, see if same situation occurs.

No. without solution.  I even gave up

I tried with iPhone XS with iOS 15.2 and dont Work too. Only show templates in my galaxy tab s7.

, any other tips to find the solution?
