Despite the Tele-Zoom Issue it seems like I'm having another issue with the new drone - now the DJI Fly to phone connection problem

Here's the story.

1) Downloaded latest firmware for M3, the RC and the latest app from DJI hompage.

2) Using the supplied USB-C to USB-C connector.

3) Put Phone (Huawei P30 Pro) into flight mode and connect.

> Only works in 60% of the cases to connect.
> If phone got connected - randomly disconnects in mid flight (without touching cable)

Luckly was not far off and RTH button works.. BUT...

Any suggestion how to solve?

4) I tried reinstall the whole bunch of apps and firmware. Did not change...

5) Put android into development and tried USB debugging mode. Did not change...


Seems like I spent >3k bucks on brick that is supposed to be the best drone on the market

Try a different phone if possible.

To me it sounds like a physical connection issue. Or maybe too many apps running in the background?

Kindly please try using a different cable to connect your mobile device to the DJI Mavic 3 remote controller or use a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue?
