DJI Vsion 2+ Firmware 3.14

Ran a calibration. Went to fly and the stick down to center won't start the motors. Also the camera control wheel is not able to move the camera up and down.

Now what?

Calibrate the Transmitter with the RC assistant, then again when the Phantom is connected to the PT2 assistant.
Make sure you read the instructions and follow the on screen prompts correctly.

John's info is good, re calibrate and you can plug into the assistant and see what errors your getting.

You mean the CSC (both sticks) didn't start the motors, yes? One stick down will shut down the motors after it has stopped descending for 2 seconds. Just checkin'! This wouldn't account for your gimble control wheel of course.

So full calibration fixed stick issue. Gimble control is still not working. Calibrate again?
