Like most of those using an Android device with DJI products, I encountered problems when upgrading my Pixel 3 to Android 12 ( ie apps crashing on startup ).

Thanks to the forum, i learned that DJI does not update the apps on Goole store and that one needed to sidel;oad directly from the DJI website. This is not a great move DJI - it is just a way to confuse/upset users.
So after uninstalling all the apps and reinstalling from the DJI site, I got everything to work on my Pixel 3 with Android 12.
As Google will not provide new security update for the Pixel 3,  replaced my phone with a new device.

I got a a Pixel 6 Pro to replace my Pixel 3 and like many other I have problems with NO VIDEO signal, but it works with some drones....

Here are my observations with PIXEL 6 PRO


FLY 1.5 no video with Mini2

GO4 4.3.46   no video with Mavic 2 PRObut works OK with MAVIC AIR.
I triedto used "Regular Mode" in 'Image Transmission Mode'with the Mavic 2 Pro, no success either

GO 3.1.72 works with inspire 1 pro

MIMO 1.7.4 no video with OSMO Pocket




Still no luck on PIXEL 6 after updating FLY to 1.5.1 or MIMO to 1.7.6

Did you try the beta they released for android 12?

If there is a beta somewhere, I have no idea where to find it.

I just downloaded and this is version 1.4.2. ( The version on the download page is 1.5.0 )

Anyway, I uninstalled 1.5.0 in order to try 1.4.2
This version does not work properly ( no video ) and immediately suggested to download the new version ( 1.5.0 )

My biggest surprise was that GO4 works fine with the old Magic Air, but shows no video with the Magic 2 pro

Of course the live stream from the air is at a lower resolution ... Could that be a clue ?

BTW all my others apps that interact with cameras ( like Theta or Sony imaging ) are working perfectly ...

I have the same issue of no video feed as well. I'm fully up to date. My setup as follows:

Pixel 6 - Andriod 12
Mini 2 - downloaded the current version (not from google play but from DJI). Sorry I don't have the versions in front of me, but I can find and post them later.

Same issue, Pixel 6 pro.

My GoPro is having the same issue with video preview.  DJI Mini 2 as well.

I'm not sure if the new app update was supposed to fix this, but I updated this morning and it hasn't fixed the video problem on my Pixel 6 pro....☹️

I still can't get anything from the play store to launch without crashing.
Tried the beta for DJI Fly on my Pixel 6 Pro, but it does not appear to support the Mavic Pro (1st version)

Android 12 has been out for weeks... and for my 6 and 6 pro phones (updates several), android 12 is the only option. I would hope that DJI could provide a solution soon for all their apps. I use GO and GO 4 for my current DJI products, which are all a few years old now, but still work well.

As of December 1st, FLY is now working on my PIXEL  6 PRO ( did not got a chance to fly yet, but I have the video stream )

As of December 22, MIMO  is now working on my PIXEL  6 PRO ( Version 1.7.8 )

DJI, please provide some fix asap!

I'm having the issue of not being able to open the download file. After downloading the file for the app directly from website, it just says can't open file. What have others done in this case. I'm using a Google pixel 6 pro phone.

DJI Mimo 1.7.14 is working on my Pixel 6 Pro.

I have threads that both list compatible and non-compatible phones and tablets, and which also contain tips for troubleshooting connection and activation problems. Maybe something there could help you?
