Hi, I have a Redmi Note 9 phone, which I downloaded the app on yesterday. The app installed fine, but for some reason the controller and the app seem to be struggling to connect. Every time I plug in the controller, two messages appear asking me if I want to 'transfer files and reverse charge' or 'just reverse charge'. Despite this, when I open the app it says ' RC not connected to mobile device'. This shows it isn't a physical problem as the controller is connecting to the phone, but for some reason it isn't connecting in the way it should. Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, how did you resolve it?
