Hello,
I have problem with my dron Dji mini 2.  I flew over 20km and the drone still shows 0m and 0 min.

I updated Dji fly, firmware, database fly zones and the problem has not been resolved.
Of course, the application does not report any errors. What to do?

Hi, Robus. We apologize that you’re experiencing difficulties. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for not generating flight records
1. You did not connect to the App during the flight;
2. You use third-party App to fly;

Hi Dji Gamora,
I use only dji fly app. I don't have problem with range,
and I do not disconnect the application during the flight.

The flight data is only saved on the account.

Hi there, sorry for the confusion and thank you for your clarification. The flight distance and flight time displayed on device management come from the total distance and time of this device in this account.
You may need to upload the flight records to the cloud first. Enable internet source for the DJI Fly app. Enter to Device Management page, wait for a second, then the data shows.
If the flight records had been uploaded but the issue persists, please tell me the current DJI Fly app version, the mobile device you are using, PM me your DJI account, I will confirm it with our engineers.

I turned sync and cleared USB socket in my mobile phone. Problem was resolved.
