Hi there,

There is some kind of white rust or corrosion in my mavic 2 pro. After weeks i tried to fly my drone again and got error 200 no image transmission signal. Curious as i am. I opened the botton part of the drone where the gimbal is located and found some white rust all over the board and the gimbal cable. Can you please help me on how to get rid of it or do i have to send it for repair.???

No, never crashed nor went into sea water.

Wow, that's definitely been submerged in water, did you buy it new? If you did get straight on to dji, I've just had the top off my 4 year old original Mavic Pro and it's just like new inside. To be honest yours looks like it's a write off, not what you want to hear I know.

Has it ever been caught in salt water spray or been caught in the rain? Either way I think it is a repair job.

Thats certainly water damage of some sort.

I think UKMoose is correct. Definitely looks beyond repair. ie a 'write-off'!

Yikes, appears to be caused from contact with a liquid.  Will definitely need to send it in for diagnostics.  Hopefully, it is repairable and not a total loss.
