Hi, we are sorry to read about the issue. Please make sure that the gimbal cover has been removed, and try to calibrate the gimbal and restart the drone.
Please update the firmware if it has not been updated. If the error persists, you may need to send the drone in for service. If you purchase the drone from the retailer, please try to contact the retailer to see if they can help you with the replacement.
