Hey folks don't be like me and try to connect your usb c to usb c high speed cable to try to get your footage off the mavic 3 cine.... yes i made the mistake, make sure you use the usb c to usb 3.0 cable to get your footage.

I have the same issues using Win10. It works on a old laptop also with Win10.
But its wierd, here is my thread:

Think this seems to be a pretty common issue, anyhow, I am giving it 2 days for DJI to sort out otherwise its going back for a refund
Anyone know any other drone that is similar to the Mavic 3 ? What about the Autel Evo II ?

Haha, bit late. You would think connecting to the drone to get your footage is a high priority, apparently not.

To add to this thread, my Lightspeed cable has a short in it, causing my computer to shut down when I plug it in (it's not even connected to the drone when it happens either); when contacting DJI, they said "we don't have enough cables, we can replace the entire drone if you want", which I do not want to do, since mine is working pretty much perfectly. I've used about 5-6 other USB-C cables just fine since I've had this computer, and use one of then to transfer off the drone, though 30-38MB/s (Win10) isn't ideal :\

I think I've found the issue. It's a problem with this file - slabvcp.inf

It's not getting loaded when you install the DJI Assistant. I'm looking into it to find a work around unless DJI are able to chip in?

I'd also like to know why pulling files from the Cine is so....amazingly...sloooow... I get at most 38-40MB/s, and just pulling about 300 photos off took 10 minutes in Win10.

I can't say that this is a problem that happens to everyone.

I use an Alienware m15 R6 notebook and I connect the M3Cine using the DJI Type-C cable and I get 700Mbps when I copy to the M2 SSD.



But I can't say that everything is perfect either! To achieve this speed I need to reinstall the driver "Intel-Management-Engine-Interface-Driver_M85XN_WIN_2141.15.0.2511_A02.exe" and restart the notebook before starting the copy. I still don't know why. If I don't reinstall this drive the speed is around 40mpbs.
