Hi , I have a mini 2 and was wondering can i fly at night if i have the proper Lighting etc.I have Two Vifly white strobes, and two others blue and green.

I think no, i have mavic air 2, and when i fly at night, dji fly writed me what insufficient lighting, moreover, the camera produced a poor grainy image.

I found out the Mini 2 would have to fall under the Category One of the FAA .
Than you can fly at Night .

You're not supposed to fly your drone at night. That said, there's a deal of video footage on the forum and YT showing night flights. Some are excellent viewing.

You're not supposed to fly your drone at night ? I don't know about where you live but the USA you can fly at Night if you follow the Guidelines of Category One of the FAA Rules.

Bit hot and cold.  Good because m2p/z can fly as it’s got the right lights. Bad because the mini2 doesn’t have the right lights.

That is why you can Attach Lights on mini 2, you might be over the 0.55 weight rule but there is ways around that. Also you have to know other regulations of the category 1-2-3 not sure which , to able to fly at Night as well. There is many factors i guess.

Yeah. Adding the four lights is a real pain and wrecks our over flight rules.
