That zoom lens is like marmite DT.

Personally I feel like the drone is way too heavy to fly safely in these congested area's.
That's an accident about to happen.

Ah but the rule is not about the drone,  it's about the person flying it.

No,  if you look at the rules,   passing an additional test allows you to fly nearer to objects people etc.   So its the person thats seen as the risk.
