The new version of dji Mimo, 1.7.6, has just been released.

But with the official samsung s21 ultra and android 12 you still have the same problem.

There is no live image from the camera to the mobile, in any of its options (slow motion, video, photo, etc)

Same here using an iPhone 12 pro. I requested a return and DJI customer care called me. Supposedly there is an issue with the hardware and it was recommended for me to return.

For what it's worth, 1.7.6 fixed the problem I was having where it wouldn't remember the app settings (and so every time I opened the app it was if I was starting from scratch again).

Hi Susan,
Inside the folder that you indicate is empty, there are no files.

/Android/data/ no files.........no folders.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Exynos cpu version, european. Android 12 official, not beta.
All permission gived to this app. Not any battery saver activated.

Thank you for getting back. Sorry about this. In this situation, please try to completely delete the DJI Mimo app, and download the latest version again. Then please connect to the camera, enable the permission, and check if the logs are then stored on the app. Please keep us updated.

I do this two times (unistall and delete manually all DJI folders) , and the result is the same. Dont work.

Hello,

I have the same Probleme here. I also have a S21 Ultra (SM-G998B/DS) with Android 12.
No picture in the MIMO App. Not when I connect directly not via wifi module.
DJI Please support Android user. I love your products but my patience is finite.

Edit: I just see that it is for DJI Action. I have a DJI Poket but the same problem. Installed MIMO version is 1.7.6

YES !

Version 1.7.8 of MIMO is now working on Pixel 6

Hopefully, GO4 will be fixed too soon
