Hello,

Has anyone managed to get the Webcam mode via USB-C cable to work on a Mac? My Mac software (e.g. browser, etc.) is recognising that there is a DJI Action 2 camera, but it can't retrieve any information. Other tools give me errors such as:



Or the software gets such on "the camera is starting" (Chrome):



Do I need a driver or something? I'm on MacOS Monterey on an M1 Mac Mini.

Hi  Action2 uvc works fine on MacOS 11(bigSur)

MacOS 12 Monterey releases at the end of Oct 2021. we did find the issue you meet.

now we are still solving this, it is a software issue.

Has there been any resolution from DJI on this?  As of February 2022 I am still having this issue.

I have the same issue

Same issue here, MacOS Monterey 12.2.1

I'm also seeing this on Monterey 12.5.1

Really wish I could use this camera as a webcam for this kind of money.

It's been about 10 months since the trouble was reported in this thread at first. There must be an important reason why this obvious bug hasn't been fixed yet. DJI, could you tell us this reason please?

Other USB Video Class capable cameras do work with Monterey, so this is most likely a DJI issue.
