I am about to get my new Samsung 9 phone with 5G shipped soon. I am not the most tech-savvy in the world, so I have a few questions:
a) Where do I go to for the DJI and Spark app so that I can re-download?
b) What information do I need to input with the new DJI? For example, do I need the serial number, or will my phone number be enough? (The number will not change from the old Samsung.)
c) If I one day get the Mavic 3, will this DJI Spark app have the new Mavic 3 access (my current one does not obviously since I got my Spark three years ago).
Thanks for any tips coming this way. Here are some links to my videos with the Spark taken at the deserts via active tracking:
Hello there Jack. Good day and thank you for reaching out. You may try to download the DJI Go 4 application from the Google Playstore or through this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 ) for the DJI Spark while for the DJI Mavic 3 you need to download the DJI Fly application from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly ). Thank you.
Thanks for the reply everyone. What I'm reading then, is that I simply download the app and I'm good to go...thus no need to enter serial number or anything. I remember when I got the spark I didn't have to enter the serial number as well. Am not sure if my Samsung 9 will come with Android 12. The phone is arriving in a few days and will keep you all posted.
