This is not quite correct. In the US, there is already an Air2s bundle with the new RC-Pro controller.

So there must be an update soon.

DJI Mavic Air 2S is what I would like to purchase can anyone tell me if the DJI smart controller utilizes the Ocusync 3 from the Air 2S?

Yes it does. I have the Air 2S FMC w/RC Pro. Yes it does have O3. It flies half again as far as my Mini 2 O2. ANd works GREAT!!! I bought it from Amazon.

It is not safe, not for a drone but for AVIATION
Do not fly over 500 meters. It is not necessary to do this.

Can you give any examples of plane crashes caused by drones flying farther than 500m?  There are thousands of videos of successful flights without any problems. These drones are designed to fly safely for several miles distance. If you are so inexperienced and fearful then perhaps you should fly a drone made for children instead. These are for responsible adults who can safely fly drones without such unnecessary fears.

I updated my air 2s using dji assistant 2 software in my pc...the update completes but the drones indicators light stay solid green after that and doesnt connect to controller
I pressed its power button for 4 seconds, it beeps but the lights circle only once and returns to solids...
When i restart the aircraft it doesnt connect to controller and indicators blinks yellow...
Any suggestions?

I used to update with DJI Assistant 2 too but DJI Fly makes it easier.
