Greetings All:
Can anyone guide me on the optimum settings for my videos and jpg's for these? For the videos, I was using 4k 25fps normal mode auto settings. For the stills, all auto mode., Also, what is the flickering in the videos and how do I counteract that Many thanks to all.
I know about the flickering. It is beat frequency between the light and the shutter speed. If you change the shutter speed you will get rid of the flickering.

I have the Mavic 2 Pro which has various shutter speed. I am sure you have this also on the Air 2 S. How to change this should be in the manual. The light most likely uses the mains supply of 50 Hz or what ever you have in USA. I think it is 60Hz in USA. Avoid shutter speed close to this frequency.
I think better to use d-log for video and RAW for night shooting.
Check some my night photos on my Instagram.
Night video is work for me till ISO 800. ISO 1600+ is too noisy. But for social media is working ok even till ISO 1600.
The flickering is from using the wrong framerate.
You are in 'NTFS' area, so that means record either at 30 or 60 fps when you have artificial lighting in the frame.
For night photogaphy, is is always a balance between ISO and shutterspeed.
There are many good youtube video's about this matter.

And also for videography.
