Hello,

Does anybody know if DJI has a system to submit software bugs that need to be fixed? I found a thread from 2017 asking about it, but looks like it didn't exist back then - https://forum.dji.com/thread-82351-1-1.html. Based on comments I have recieved in other threads, I am guessing the answer is still no.

In multi-threaded software, just having exception information and a stack trace for a crash, often doesn't help much. Sure, it might show where something has crashed, but not necessarily what some other thread did to trigger it. So, descriptions of how to reproduce an issue can be much more important. Having the reproducible steps can also serve later as a test case to determine if the bug has been fixed.
