why my mavic 3 zoom to x4 is so blur like photo out of focus and x7 is clear?is it the problem of camera?

The 4X is a digital zoom from the big camera the 7X is optical from the telephoto at natural magnification

Digital zooms will generally not be as good as optical . Not that the Mavic 3 has a zoom it's just a fixed 7x telephoto lens. Any zooming you get is just digital

Seems normal to me.

Try taking a 1X picture, open it in Photoshop or similar, blow it up to 4X magnification, then crop out the centre. You'll find it's much the same as that 4X shot, because that's what the drone is doing for you at 4X digital zoom. It's just saving you the storage space and the processing later on.

yes i confirmed is in focus but is the same i think is cropped from the main camera

Yes, it is cropped from the main camera. There is no physical zoom on either camera, 1X and 7X are native res, all other zoom levels are digital.

Take RAW photos from the main camera (i.e. without zoom, 1x) and then "enlarge" a section in post-processing, for example on the PC ...

I have had a lot of out of focus (blurry) shots with my MP.

1X = Main camera native
2X = Main camera (digital zoom) looks aceptable
4X = Main camera (digital zoom) looks horrible
7X = Zoom camera native optical lens and looks good
14X  to 28X = Zoom camera (digital zoom) goor for inspection but bad for videographer or photographers.
