So everytime i turn on my mavic 3 Cine, and it first connects I get a "RC Controller Not Bind To Aircraft" even though it is. Is that normal? (RC Pro Controller)

It's not normal for sure. See my posts. It happened so many times that I'm replacing mine.

yeah   not a single bout that it did not show one error or another, but 90% connection to RC.

I get the 'not bound' message too with my rc pro and mavic3 cine. Clears from screen in a few seconds. Not affecting flight.

If you're ok with it, that's surely is fine.
For me, it was not good to have a constantly malfunctioning $5K unit. As I have mentioned before, I often fly over rough/impassable terrain, and losing connection there is a sure way to lose the craft.
Caveat emptor, to each is own, etc.

Just a moment. I thought your error was something like "Aircraft not connected to RC" whereas the OP says he is seeing "Controller not bound to Aircraft". That looks like it might be a different failure mode.

I had a fair share of both, including others as well.

Ah fair enough. I was just remembering the one "style".

Mine also says Not Bind, but then binds. I did get a scary disconnect from 150m over the ocean at only 8 m altitude. Complete disconnect from video ,  nothing happened I had no screen view everything black, I hit RTH but my craft hovered for an age doing nothing, I then turned off remote altogether and it then initiated RTH when I turned Remote back on I still had no video but RTH was flashing and X on the screen flashing to cancel. I tried to press cancel but nothing so had to let it land. I then had to restart everything to get picture. I think FW is needed with this remote to optimize and sort out some bugs.

I have they are working on it, im getting a not binding when first connecting and when coming back to land it disconnects when its near me.

My RC pro and M3 does the same thing.  The “not bound" message appears for 5 seconds or so then goes away.  I believe it is a firmware bug in the RC controller but that is only my 2 cents worth.

Same here, smells like a firmware bug in the RC controller
