In my rush to cross the bridge and point the P2 the other way, I knocked it on the railing

Haha, yes maybe. I was using the Pocket 2 to film that, rather than one of my drones.   The Zoom function on the P2 does not work when recording HDR video, unfortunately, or I could have "followed" the train nearer to the tunnel. I should have video'd the sequence in "normal" video and then the zoom function could have worked.  Lesson learned.

Very occasionally there are steam trains along the line. I've only caught a fleeting shot of one which I sent to Monty last year.

We get the odd steam train too but I always hear about it too late.

At first I though it was you that was shocked from a blow on the horn.
But I had the sound off, so after turning that on, I realized it was something else.

There was a guy stood on the bridge with me and we exchanged a few pleasantries whilst watching for the train. The train horn interrupted us

You're very welcome.    I like to see snow but not the back ache that goes with it and not the sludge it creates as it melts.  Sorry, I'll stick with my sunshine.

I might be asking you to send a bit over here soon.  Another heavy snowfall (by our standards) this afternoon.  A few days rain and it will be gone again.

Sounds as if you are getting quite the snowfall for this time of year.  I see where DAFlys is getting mostly rain and no snow yet so you two must be quite a few KMs apart.
