I read about some articles related with m3 users complaining about having the small green dot and strange lens flares while shooting the sun, I can totally understand how annoying that will be while dealing with the situation.

I was no exception but experienced the same thing while shooting the sun, after several experimental flight I found removing the ND filter or the original lens cover helps, at least to minimizing those effects, of course removing the lens cover will no doubt risking the inner lens cover to get scratched, found myself in a dilemma…

I don’t particularly hate the lens flare, however the current lens flare(with the lens cover or ND filters) we are having just looks unnatural at all…..I would suggest that is a lens cover(or ND filters) design issue! Wish DJI could help all of us on this!
