DJI MAVIC AIR 2S gimbal overload ! ! !
Hello DJI team
Did you know that my new drone got some problem at first fly! I need you support or some solution.

Brand new DJI Mavic air 2s and the Gimbal is not working properly (error 40002,40003).

What did I do before my first fly:

1. I have installed Latest firmware Drone
2. I have installed Latest firmware for RC
3.  Compass Calibration at any fly - OK
4. Gimbal Calibration at any fly - OK
5. GPS signal - OK
6. RC Signal - OK

Successfully Passed the course fly drone.
The drone is new.
No scratches.
No damage.
I do not fly in the rain or in the wind.

First try to blow any debris out of the mechanism of the gimbal with canned air. Then try VERY GENTLY to move the gimbal through all its axis by hand(drone turned off). This should free it up.

It is NEW drone just from the box.
You think is is a one time problem?
I saw many such a problem in internet
It's seems a some series defect.

SOLUTION!!!


VERY GENTLY, VERY, VERY GENTLY move the gimbal through all its axis by hand and try to purge with air. In my case it helped.

All the rest you do at your own risk and fear.
