You can get one of the flight simulators available for desktop. The DJI remote that works with the air unit works as a controller with the USB connection. OpenTX remotes also work this way. DRL, Liftoff, Velocidrone, and DCL simulators are good.
I agree with Tom_A: Use another sim (I use Velocidrone on a Mac and it works well). You don't get the exact rates and physics for the DJI FPV drone but they are better than DJI's offering which is really hard to control and not much like the drone itself...
Liftoff on Steam has a community built drone that you can subscribe to on steam that is designed to be close to the DJI FPV drone. I personally prefer Liftoff, but others may prefer Velocidrone etc...
