Need Help With My Mini 2

I used to fly Mavic Pro and i recently purchased a brand new Mini 2 and i tried flying it, everything works well except the forward movement does not work.
I callibrated the drone and the remote both but it still does not work. Up,Down,Yaw, Left, Right works, moving forward does not work and sometimes moving backward also does not work. Am i doing something wrong that i am unaware of? How can i fix it?
Need help.

DJI Paladin just sent me a video of possible solution. Will try that first and if it still does not work then i might do as you say.

Go to files/ Djifly/ should find all files folders there…

I tried in all 3 modes. Didnt work. I guess its company defect(The controller not the drone)

DJI should be able to verify warranty status by the activation / pairing date.  As for receipt, some stores are able to generate additional copies if you purchased with a credit card - it may be worth asking if you need it, but I suspect DJI might be satisfied with the activation timing.

LOL - I never noticed the OP date

BUT - it's only been around 9 months...  I think the factory warranty is 1 year?  It should still be covered.  However, I'm assuming the OP resolved this lonngg ago (hopefully)...

didn't even open the DJI packaging as soon as i purchased it. i guess i opened and tried to use it after around a month or 2 so the activation date will be later right??
