Jet are easy but at a lot of times, too fast
3D planes are tricky if the pilot does help you out by calling out what he's doing.
Scale props are really easy.
Heli's are tricky as hell!
But out of all of them I'd have to say paragliders are sooo easy they make you dangerous because of things you wanna try because they're moving so slow and big.  Then you realize that any mistake you make can cause the death of the person dangling below those nylon cards

Each one has its UPS and Downs part of the fun of doing chasing which is becoming more and more popular is the thrill of learning the differences.
